My goodness; I’m so grateful for this…..as a 74 year old , recovering from a dominant arm shoulder replacement , I needed the program to regain power and fitness from the weakened state of being on the surgery lid for 2.5 years. Today I lifted my 12 pound great nephew , in my arms , from a seated position, safely and confidently.

Great! Howard, thank you so much! I need the same thing for Part 1 (the first week)! This is truly helpful; I can take it with me to the gym in our apt bldg.

This is excellent, thank you. I just created a folder on Dropbox called HOWARD LUKS Downloadable Exercises.

Did I miss the download for Part one?

As a senior and fitness instructor of seniors, I appreciate a d "borrow" some of your movements with my class. I benefit greatly from your knowledge.

It’s coming… soon.

Howard,

Thank you for doing this.

Also, I enjoyed the YouTube recording with Alan Couzens and Iñaki de la Parra.

I am 72 years old and enjoy running and racing 5Ks, 10Ks, and uphill mountain races. I’m also trying to keep moving enough to continue enjoying hiking and Nordic skiing. I’ve loved being outdoors for as long as I can remember.

The animal movement post on 12/13/25 was spot-on. Imagine if that was being taught in physical education classes in schools around the country.

I know a lot of the middle school kids I used to teach would not be able to do the Bear or the Monkey—never mind many adults in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s.

I think you should do a YouTube podcast with Ryan Hurst and the folks at GMB Fitness. I would love to see what Alan and Iñaki think about Ryan’s work.

Fitness for life and living long and strong.

I know that I cannot race fast anymore if I only train as a runner.

I see so many people at races who are a lot younger than me who might be fit enough to finish a race but are not truly healthy.

People don’t move enough, and I think we are in trouble as we head into the future.

Here’s one for you—how do you find a primary care doctor who shares your perspective on these things?

Thank you! I was on the GMB podcast about 6 months or so ago.

And… how to find a primary care?? That’s hard. Probably out of network. The in-network docs are too time crunched.

Wonderful idea. I always have some negative results, missing "steps", etc while trying to navigate a learning model on the pc or tablet. Paper by my side ready reference makes for much more success. Thanks, thanks, thanks.

I am new subscriber. How can I find the 20 minute reset part 1?

True newbie here, having just discovered you a week ago...This kind of hand-holding (e.g., the guides), along with the content I have been able to read, has me planning on upgrading. You're truly appreciated, especially when you share your wise insight compared to less experienced medical advice. Wishing you good health and Substack success.
