You asked for them...
Starting soon, I will release downloadable guides for certain posts. This will be true for almost all the workout posts, as well as posts I have coming out about metabolic health, where you may need printable guidance for safekeeping or to bring to your physician’s office, etc.
Here is the guide for last Saturday’s post about the 4 foundational movement patterns. This was suggested by at least 10 of you… I appreciate and read all your emails and comments… so please keep them coming.
These will improve over time as I find the proper fit and format.


My goodness; I’m so grateful for this…..as a 74 year old , recovering from a dominant arm shoulder replacement , I needed the program to regain power and fitness from the weakened state of being on the surgery lid for 2.5 years. Today I lifted my 12 pound great nephew , in my arms , from a seated position, safely and confidently.
