By now, you’ve learned that osteoarthritis doesn’t mean your body is not mechanically breaking down. Osteoarthritis is far more of a biological issue, and since movement, eating well, strength training, and sleep improve biology. You’ve seen that movement is medicine, strength matters, and biology generally responds favorably to activity. But knowing something and doing something are two different things. This chapter aims to bridge that gap.
