Chapter 1: You’re Not Broken

Let’s start here: you’re not broken.

You might’ve just left your doctor’s office after being told you have arthritis. Perhaps they mentioned that your knees are “bone on bone.” Maybe they showed you an X-ray and compared your joints to someone twice your age. Now, your mind is spinning.
