Grateful thanks and admiration! 🥰
Looking forward to the modules which will further educate me and help me to stay on track. 😉
That is an excellent move. So much easier than searching through the posts. Thanks so much for the work you put into this, it is really valuable and helpful. Though I think my husband is sick of me constantly sharing your advice haha "you know that othopedic surgeon I follow well he says..."
An excellent idea. If I may make a "selfish" suggestion; I am primarily a cyclist non snow season and xc skier/fat biker snow season. I am not alone in being less than keen about gym/strength work. It seems it's a love it or hate it thing. Strength programmes I find more tolerable tend be be focused on being total time in max 1 hour. A bonus I would love to see is if you could demonstrate/suggest outdoor strength activities and their specific benefits. thanks for this substack, I enjoy your insights.
This is fantastic. You put so much work into the information you share and I’m truly grateful.
